Happy Birthday

Today is Todd's birthday and we've been celebrating all weekend.  We started by going to the zoo Friday evening and ordering out Indian food.

It's fun when dad goes to the zoo because Soren is carried around on dad's shoulders rather than the stroller when he goes with mom.

Feeding the birds with Kaylee was so much fun we had to do it again with Todd.  However, I think Kaylee passed on her fear of birds to Soren because he would not hold the bird food this time and was a little jumpy.

 This bird really liked Todd and kept nibbling at his head and arm.

On to my favorite part of birthdays-presents!  Me and Todd were both really excited to open presents so we postponed Soren's nap and opened them right after church.

Soren was too tired to sit up so he helped dad open presents while lying down.

Yay a cookbook!

Thanks Rachael and Brandon Soren loves them all.

A new shoe rack, finally.  Now I don't have to wake up to an avalanche of shoes falling out of the old rack and Todd swearing in the morning.

It was a fun day and after everyone's naps we finished with friends eating cake and ice cream.
